High Quality Industrial Factory Carbon Fiber Packing Impregnated with PTFE for Puerto Rico Factories

Diagonal braided to form a dense but pliable packing, each carbon fiber is pre-impregnated with PTFE, and re-impregnated during square braided. It is premium service packing for media of weak chemical corrosion and grains of particles exit.

 Application Area

Resist all the strong corrosive media and media with a few crystal particles with the exception of the strong oxidizing agent polonium, chiefly used for the sealing of the centrifugal pump, column pump, mixer and valves.

Until today the Whitworth Pipe Thread or in other words the joint sealing within the thread (according to EN 10226-1) has a high meaning in pipe work. Also piping systems using different joint techniques need the thread joint to connect valves, vessels, etc. Since 150 years Georg Fischer manufactures threaded malleable cast iron fittings. It is a pleasure for us to share our experience in the field of making thread joints. This video shows how to apply hemp and sealing paste properly on an external thread of a steel pipe and to connect it with our malleable cast iron fitting. With this video and some trials jour thread joints will as well keep performing 150 years.
