Application Area

Nitrile rubber performs well in carburetor and fuel pump diaphragms, aircraft hoses, seals and gaskets as well as oil-lined tubing. Due to its versatility, nitrile is used in applications involving not only oil and fuel resistance, but those applications requiring resistance to heat, abrasion, water, and gas permeability.

The automatic tape machine applies a double-sided, self-adhesive tape on tubes for (roller) blinds. Positional control allows the distance between the tube end and the tape to be specified precisely at both ends in order to match the tape position with the fabric width and position. This prevents pollution at the tube ends caused by exposed tape.
The tube taping machine can be made compatible with multiple tube diameters, and switching between the diameters is very simple. The tube tape machine featured in the video is suitable for different tape widths, and uses a jumbo tape roll dispenser. The machine includes a feeding tray for tubes, and a collection crate in which the tubes are ejected. The operator sets the system to the correct tube diameter and only needs to place the tubes in the loading system. During transport, the tubes are de-greased using a solvent dispenser and wiping system, followed by the actual application of the tape. Transport, cleaning, taping and ejecting are done fully automatic.
