Automatic Liquid Filter Bag Making Machine, it is a laser type production line, liquid filter bag’s body with hot air welding machine sealing, liquid filter bag’s bottom welded with ultrasonic machine,liquid filter bag’s top and bottom cut with laser.
This machine with faster speed and the cut edge is more beautiful than knife cut.
It is a fully automatic filter bag making machine, just one worker can operate it. The feeding part is automatic,hot welding head automatic, drawing part automatic,storage part automatic,ultrasonic part automatic and laser part automatic too. You just need set the length you want to make on the control panel,then the operator can do other works, when fabric finished, machine will stop automatically.

Transport sector: black PU leather belt with high friction, Panasonic motor driver, to ensure product distribution smoothly and labeling accuracy.
Shaping sector: double coordinate adjustment of stainless steel rail.
Scratch mark sector: sponge, spring, steel plate combination, Teflon patch. (or flexible brush)
